about us
For over 15 years, we have been at the forefront of international business. We've ventured into numerous countries across Asia, Europe, and Central America, forging partnerships and conducting negotiations in person.
Our commitment to innovation and technology has led us to engage in cutting-edge projects. For instance, we introduced coffee harvesting drones developed in South Korea to the picturesque mountains of Minas Gerais.
We've also expanded logistical capacity for ports with physical limitations, like the Paranaguá Port. Embarked on international missions, building excellent diplomatic and business relationships in China, South Korea, Germany, Belgium, the Middle East, the United States, and many other countries.
At Group BITS, we've harnessed our years of experience to create opportunities for businesses of all sizes in Brazil. We've played significant roles in the telecommunications sector in the United States and have actively participated in ventures related to renewable energy in recent years.

Journey
In 1999, our journey began in the fast-paced and dynamic semiconductor sector. As we honed our skills and developed a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology, we soon realized the potential for growth and impact on a global scale.
In 2004, we transitioned into the telecommunications industry, a sector that was rapidly evolving with the advent of mobile technologies and digital communications.
Our foray into telecommunications allowed us to establish a strong foothold in the world of connectivity and digital innovation.
Building on our successes, by 2006, we made a strategic decision to expand into the commodities sector. This marked a significant turning point, as we leveraged our expertise to navigate the complexities of the international commodities market. We entered this domain with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between producers and global markets.
The year 2008 saw us branching out into the automotive industry, where innovation and sustainability are paramount. We introduced solutions that aimed to enhance the efficiency, safety, and environmental performance of the auto sector. Our commitment to providing innovative solutions only grew stronger.
In 2018, we ventured into renewable energy solutions, recognizing the urgency of transitioning towards more sustainable power sources. This decision reflected our dedication to sustainability, green technology, and a better future for all.
Today, we stand at the forefront of a new horizon. Expanding our range of solutions to the energy sector is the next logical step in our evolution. Our journey has now brought us to the point where we're actively engaged in exporting a diverse range of commodities, including ethanol, various sugar variations, soy, corn, frozen food like chicken paws and livestock. Our mission is clear: to connect global markets with these essential resources while fostering sustainability and innovation.
Our trajectory has been marked by adaptability, innovation, and a commitment to creating positive change in the industries we touch. We look forward to the future with enthusiasm, as we continue to explore new horizons, embrace innovation, and drive progress in the energy and commodities sectors. At Group BITS, our journey is a testament to our dedication to global excellence and sustainability.
Reliability
Our clients undergo a meticulous Due Diligence process, just as our producers and intermediaries do. We personally visit the establishments of all buyers, as well as farms, mills, and depots across the entire production chain.
This rigorous approach minimizes compliance challenges and almost eliminates fraudulent attempts from both sides.
With extensive embassy access, we validate international documents when needed, and we provide support for Due Diligence processes.
Our highly skilled team is well-versed in financial instruments such as Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs), Bank Guarantees (BG), and all letters of credit variations.
We engage with the biggest and best banks in the productive and raw materials sector.
These financial instruments, when used correctly, enhance the production chain, establishing stronger bonds with international buyers. We prioritize transparency, efficiency, and security in long-term contracts.
"Just in Time" – we acknowledge the seasonality of crops. Aligning these activities with the complex customs processes in Brazil becomes increasingly challenging. To ensure compliance, we continuously seek producers with higher technological autonomy, production capacity, and governance.
BITS is an acronym for "Brazil's Innovation, Technology & Sustainability."
Thus we are in constant pursuit of producers with extensive certification and process management. Before registering mills and cooperatives, we conduct a "Walk In" process, where we highlight strengths and areas for improvement in each segment of the commodity export process, from production to cargo docking.
